Property description
Big Rock is situated on a large, very private piece of property with 225
feet of frontage. No cottages are visible from the
cottage, decks or dock. The lake frontage is characteristically Canadian
Shield country with rocks sweeping into the water and bush. There is a
large dock and deck area. The cottage sits close to the water and offers
great views in all directions.
Cottage description
Big Rock is a bungalow style cottage. The living room has a cathedral
ceiling. There is a sun room. The cottage is very comfortably and nicely
furnished and fronted by a very large entertainment deck. The sleeping
cabin sits right on the water, is quite large and has its own balcony.
The cottage is heated by a woodstove set in a floor to ceiling flagstone
hearth.
Activities
One can sit and spend a certain amount of time just admiring the views
from various vantage points on the property, including the Big Rock. Out
door enthusiasts love Six Mile Lake. It is spring fed and the water is
very clean. Excellent swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, hiking.

Cancellation policy
"Reservation" and "balance
due" monies are kept by the cottage owner as they are deposited. If
we are successful at acquiring a new guest for any cancelled week(s) we
will refund monies paid for those weeks
